Results are AI-generated suggestions, not official customs or regulatory determinations, and must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional (such as a licensed customs broker) before official use or submission to customs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, maintaining account security, and ensuring compliance with applicable trade laws in your jurisdiction.

VGTC uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to generate HS code classifications, sanctions screening results, ECCN export control classifications, and related trade compliance suggestions. These results are advisory only and do not constitute official customs determinations, legal advice, or regulatory filings.
AI-generated classifications may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all results with official government tariff schedules (e.g., USITC HTS, EU TARIC, national customs authorities) and for engaging a licensed customs broker or trade compliance professional before submitting any classification to customs or relying on it for commercial decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VGTC, Vora Protocol, and its affiliates may limit liability for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated classifications or compliance results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Use of VGTC does not create an attorney-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship.
Document content submitted to VGTC is processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) to generate requested compliance results. Provider handling, retention, and model-improvement terms depend on the applicable service configuration and provider terms.
